Different apple ID's
Me and my dad share the same apple ID and i want to delete it from my dad's phone but i'm worried if that's going to delete anything in his mobile?

You don't delete Apple IDs from devices, you sign out of them.
Signing out, won't delete content, but it also won't change the Apple ID the content is associated with.
Apps for instance will continue to be tied to your Apple ID, and continue to require it to update regardless of what Apple ID is signed in to the App stores.
Any data in iCloud will no longer be accessible.
Your Dad will need his own Apple ID to replace yours and continue to access the iTunes & App Stores, iCloud, Messages and Facetime
When signing out of iCloud, it will ask if you wish to keep all content synced to iCloud on the device or delete it. You can choose to keep it, and then manually delete stuff off his iPhone.
