How can I unlock it without a computer?

you can't, but it need not be your computer friend, relative, public libary or computer computer with itunes installed will work just fine.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Other than by using the correct Passcode - you can’t.
