Activity App Sharing

Hi. I recently added 3 friends on the activity app through my iWatch. I can see their activity on the watch. However on the iPhone Activity App I cannot see 2 of my friends at all and activity of one friend who I can see on the app is showing 0. The phone and the app are not mirroring.

I also cannot send out activity sharing requests to anyone as the same is not going through either the app or the watch.
