Watch Sports Band design

I have an Apple Watch; It comes with the black sports band and periodically the clasp gets caught on my bag, sweater or pants and it pops open. I always make sure the button is pushed in the hole. This is a poor design element as its a sports band but does not properly secure the watch. The end easily gets caught on objects even working around the house. I'm sorry big fan of your products but this is the worst design for a sports band. I've seen other complain about the design and the response was for them to ensure it is on the wrist properly. Consider a design change and performing some testing. This flaw caused the watch to fly off my wrist on a hard surface and smashed the glass.
