Apple Timer app is missing after upgrading to WatchOS 6.1.1

Have been using timer app actively for the past years. In the previous WatchOS version, Timer app malfunctioned.

After upgrading to 6.1.1, the app worked for a few days, but now it's completely missing from my watch.

It's not in the available app list in the my iOS app Watch.

Anybody knows how to bring it back or this is just by design?

Timer is part of iOS app Clock. So it's always on the phone side. But in my situation, it's not shown on my watch.

Thank you indeed. I didn’t know there is an App Store on the watch.

Now the timer is back. Don’t know why it was gone in the first place though.

It's in the app store on the watch.I checked it myself it's quite a way down the list'
