Question

IPhone 11 Pro Max on IOS 13.3 Respring issue.

I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue but since i updated to 13.2 i had some issue when i open a app or when i'm in a app for example Instagram, Camera, Reddit. The Phone would just respring and go to a Black screen with a loading circle for like 3 seconds and then i need to enter the passcode again. All the apps that were open were refreshed. I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue or a software issue. The apps where i crashed on were: IFunny, Camera and Reddit. It happens like once every 3 days, i put my phone to factory settings and I didn't encounter the issue yet. If someone can please provide information it would be really appreciated.

What I've tried:

Resetting all settings.

Factory resetting.

Factory resetting via ITunes.

Hard Reset.

Update:

Contacted Apple Support and they told me when i do allot of multitasking the iPhone tends to Restart. It's the phone's "Defense Mechanism." I was multitasking allot and i don't multitask now to find out if that really is the problem. Still haven't had a issue till today.

If you have a issue that your phone keeps unexpectedly restarting try these solutions:

Calm down with the Multitasking.

Check for faulty apps.

Check your crash logs. Settings>Privacy>Diagnostic & Usage> Diagnostic & Usage Data.

Clear Safari History.

Hard Reset.

Factory Resetting.

Factory Resetting via iTunes.

If you have restored the device and it is no longer exhibiting this behavior, I would say it is okay. As far as to why it was acting like this, you many never know. It could be anything, but since it is repaired, it shouldn't matter. I could have been a software issue, and the restore has corrected the software.

I can't confirm if it is fixed since the 3 days haven't passed yet. I restored it last night. (20 hours ago.)
