IPhone bugs

Recently my iPhone 11 has been doing random resets. I’ll either try to get into my phone, or exit out of an app and a black screen will appear with a spinning wheel which then freezes. It either happens once, or about 3 times in a row. Sometimes my apps will disappear after this, so I reset my phone, I’ve even done a hard reset and it still happens. My notes have all also been deleted and are glitching out, I’m gonna guess it’s because of what has been happening. I’m not sure what to do.
