I bought yesterday AirPods Pro and there’s no way (in hll) i can get a good seal on my right ear 👂. I tried ALL the plugs sizes but not working! The only one (one time only) the app said good seal with the largest plug but no more ! Even I interchanged right with left but not luck.

Yeah, there've been some issues with that. Until it is sorted out, you might just use the ones that fit and work the best:
Choose your AirPods Pro ear tips and use the Ear Tip Fit Test - Apple Support
Otherwise, you generally have 14 days to return them.
