Pro Display XDR Nano-Textured or Standard Glass?

Nano-Textured or Standard Glass... trying to decide which one to buy. Nano-Textured seems so delicate (only use special cloth, no water to clean)... what if you slightly splatter screen with coffee etc & special cloth can't clean it. Even AppleCare will not replace for liquid damage according to an AppleCare rep I spoke to today.. but they would replace a rock shatters the screen.

Does that make sense??????

I've also heard that cleaning it too often might result in problems as well, like the coating coming off and possibly staingate? 2020 MacBook Pro Display Screen Crack Hi, It's interesting to realise how fragile Macbook Pro XDR Liquid Display Screen is. I'm sitting on my bed conveniently using my laptop, and I accidentally slipped my iPhone on the screen, which was just around 10cm above. I supposed that the edge of the iPhone, which had a rubber screen protector, is not sharp enough to damage a screen until I realised I'm totally wrong. MacBook screen does have its weakest point and it cracks at the edge, I was wondering whether Apple did a screen durability test on MacBook screens as I couldn't find any publications on it. Interesting to know whether they factored in these considerations when trying to tradeoff for the ultra thin bezel display.

The display M1 Pro 16" Hi Community, I have a 16" M1 Pro and I bought a t9 tempered screen protector, I put it on, slightly overlapping the rubber on the right side so that protective glass, is flat on the screen to the left and gradually raised by a mm or less to the right, and for the last 30mm of the screen to the right I can see a little bit of of the liquid or whatever is in the screen as the glass does not sit perfectly on the area, there is no damage, I want to know if I can pull the safety glass off again and place it properly, however when you pull the safety glass it looks like you are running you?r finger over the screen but from top bottom at that contact point. Do you think it would be safe to do it?
