I'm sitting on my bed conveniently using my laptop, and I accidentally slipped my iPhone on the screen, which was just around 10cm above. I supposed that the edge of the iPhone, which had a rubber screen protector, is not sharp enough to damage a screen until I realised I'm totally wrong. MacBook screen does have its weakest point and it cracks at the edge, I was wondering whether Apple did a screen durability test on MacBook screens as I couldn't find any publications on it. Interesting to know whether they factored in these considerations when trying to tradeoff for the ultra thin bezel display.
