corespeechd process send huge amount of data

the process named corespeechd is running in my Mac and consuming a large amount of data! I also tried disabling Siri on reading some apple fourms.. but all in vain. I can't get rid of this issue its consuming a huge data. rather than disabling Siri( as this method is not working) is there way to solve this issue?

I see that you've found a process that seems to be using a large amount of data when you're using your Mac on macOS Mojave. I'm glad to help with this.


How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac -- Depending on which model of Mac you're using, reset the System Management Controller following the directions for your Mac.  Test the issue once you're back to the desktop.


Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac -- If resetting the System Management Controller didn't resolve the issue, restart your Mac in safe mode and test how it responds. If it works while in safe mode, reboot normally and test again in your own user account.
