Corespeechd sending massive things to internet

MacBook air 13"

So i was using safari and notice that the MacBook was EXTREMELY slow

So i checked the activity monitor

Found out that a stuff called "corespeechd" was sending 2.7MB of stuff to internet

And i tried to close it but it didn't work

And i tried the steps on apple discussions about the unchecked ask siri

But unfortunately it doesn't work.

Can anyone help me to solve the problem?

Thanks

Most likely, the "culprit" is Siri.

See if the following can help:

  1. System Preferences > Accessibility > Siri
  2. Select "Open Siri Preferences..."
  3. If not selected, check "Enable Ask Siri."
  4. For Voice Feedback, select Off
  5. Uncheck "Enable Ask Siri."
