How to sync calendar from outlook for mac to iphone. I sync many time but not work.

If your Outlook is writing the calendar events to your microsoft or Apple web accounts, you link your iphone to the same web account in Settings, Passwords and accounts.
It is not "normal" to sync calendar, contacts, reminders or Notes between devices, rather sync them to the relevant "cloud" provider account, unless wanting to avoid cloud/web/email altogether.
