Apple watch series 5 store region

Hello ,

i’m having a problem changing my store region on my apple watch.

My apple id attached to the watch is in UK region but when ever i try to downlod something my apple watch it shows (Account not in this store and you must changed it to UK)

it is on Australia store on my watch but UK on my iphone , any ideas on what could be problem?
