iPhone 8 Contact Numbers

hi can you please help me i have done all the updates on my iPhone but now some of my contact numbers are split in to pairs eg: 07 000 00 00 00 this stops me seeing who is ringing me but also stops me being able to ring my contacts i get a recoded message saying i do not have enough credit to make the call when actually i have unlimited calls i have even tried deleting the number and re inputting it but it still goes in with the same split format can you help please

Try this:

In Settings > General > Language & Region, temporarily change region to something else, then change back to your main region.
Power off the device and remove your SIM Card. Turn on the device without SIM Card, and if needed repeat the step above with changing region settings. If your contacts then shows correct format, put the SIM Card back.
