My iphone 7 updated from ios 12.4.1 to 13.1.2. Now I cannot make or receive calls on any cellular network. My wi-fi calling works, but if I turn off wi-fi I have a line of dots then NO SERVICE.

just did the iphone 7 updated from ios 12.4.1 to 13.1.2. Now I cannot make or receive calls on my version cellular network. My wi-fi calling works, but if I turn off wi-fi I have a line of dots then NO SERVICE. its always searching for service. when I go to Settings > Cellular, I get a blank screen. I have tried taking out the sim and putting it back and soft rebooting the phone. nothing is working.

I would call your provider and see if they can see it on their system

I had similar thing with 11 Pro when it first came out when traveling where only wifi would work and it was not being recognized my by provider until they forced them to handshake
