MEID number
Why MEID number isn’t not in my iPhone’s settings ? Is it okay ? Do I need to go to Apple Centre or How to fix this if I don’t have to go to there ?

Exactly what model phone do you have?
The MEID is used by CDMA carriers. Not all iPhones support CDMA. If you have a model that doesn't support CDMA carriers, you won't have an MEID.
