Wife's phone number is showing as mine as well

I've just completed installation of iPhone 8 for myself and now find that my wife's phone number is shown as mine

Can/will anyone help here please?

If you activated the phone with her SIM card, that would show her number. You need to get a sim card from your carrier with your number on it.
