Yes.

You can either download it directly on the iPad if its using the same Apple ID as the computer for iTunes: Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support

Or you can sync the music to the iPad: Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support
