Play Music From Phone On My Work Computer

Before updating to Catalina. I was able to plug in my phone to my work computer and listen to my iTunes right on my speakers. That no longer seems to be working, now when I plug in, if I go to my phone in apple music I can see the music on my phone but can not play it.

I do not want to sync my phone to this computer, I just want to play my music like I used to.

Any help would be appreciated!
