Ringing problem...

iPhone 11 - Will not ring unless the caller is on my contact list. I’ve tried all the basic thing without success. Please help...

iPhone won't ring unless it already knows the number calling My phone - and that's the only function I really care about - WILL NOT RING unless it knows the number calling. This is a disaster! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

That sounds like it is the option in Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers.
