Iphone 11 wifi assist cant be turned off
Hi there my wife has a new Iphone 11 and the wifi assist button is on and greyed out so cant turn it off
any ideas on solving this please ?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that your wife can’t disable Wi-Fi assist as it appears to be greyed out. You’ve come to the right place for help.
First, I'd recommend closing the Settings app and restarting the device:
- How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Restart your iPhone
- Open Settings > Cellular, and test to see if she can disable Wi-Fi assist.
If the behavior continues, try using these steps to reset Network Settings:
"Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before."
If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad
