I can not copy files via Windows Explorer

I can not copy files via Windows Explorer.

The copying process stops spontaneously. Or an error message appears: the device is unreachable.

I tried two different original USB cables for and connecting to two different PCs with Windows 10. The same result, I can’t copy the photos

Thanks for the advice!

I tried on different PCs with different antivirus programs.

I disabled antivirus software on one of them. Problem still exists.

Even copying two files is reset (screenshot).

On both of these PCs, I had no problems copying before, I guess the reason is in the phone.

I rebooted the device, this did not help with the copy.

I found out that there is a problem with the "Automatic" option.

If you use the "originals", it is copied without problems.

But I am not comfortable with HIEC on Windows. The built-in viewer does not show even with the installed HEIC codec.

Have you tried rebooting the phone since this problem started? I've seen another thread recently where someone mentioned that videos they had edited on the device couldn't be copied off until after a reboot. Perhaps there is some kind of file locking mechanism involved.
