Okay so I have no storage right and I want to take off my pictures from my phone and have them in my iCloud but don’t want the photos on my phone what should I do? I have no storage because of my photos and I don’t want that , what do I do ?

So I have DONT have much storage on my iPhone and I bought the iCloud for that because it says I can upload my picture on icloud. But what I want to do is upload the pics on iCloud and then delete them off my device but keep them on ICloud. Why? Well most of my storage are pictures and I want to take them off but still have them on my iCloud and I have enough space on iCloud? So what do you guys recommend I should do because I can’t find nobody who can actually help me.
