NFC for payments IOS 13
Is NFC for payments working in a third party app ? For example for a bank app.
Also, is it available for autentification and ID reader, for a third party app ?

The NFC field is activated by a terminal emitting a signal. Right now I think it only works through the Wallet app. This sounds more like a developer question. You are asking what is possible and all we know is what it does.
