creating multiple names on single contact card?

During the holidays I always struggle with my contact list. I like to print address labels and have created a subset "holiday card group" from my general contacts. Let's say one of my contact cards is for Sue Smith but I'd like to address their holiday card to "The Smith Family" Is there a way to create a second name on this single contact card that can be used when I create labels or do I have to have duplicate contact cards using these two different names?
