2 names on a contact card

How can I get 2 names on a contact card? I've done it before and feel like it is a keystroke combination but I can't remember it now. e.g. 2 different names at the same address, would like to print labels with it.

Adding Spouse to the card did not do the trick, but I did find a way to get it to work.

After putting in the the first and last name when adding a contact, I hit enter, and put the second person's first & last name where it thinks company should be.

When you go to print the mailing labels/labels, there is a box you can check to print the company name, and it comes out under the first name on the card.
