I have tried everything mentioned on the apple support page for texting not going out to non-apple phones on my IPad Pro 2. Any ideas? The issue just stared 4 days ago and the ipad os is updated.

Please verify that Messages is enabled on both your iPhone and iPad in Settings > Tap your account > iCloud.
Please verify that iMessage is enabled on your iPhone and iPad in Settings > Messages.
Please verify that Text Message forwarding is enabled on your iPhone in Settings > Messages.
