iOS 13.3 update

Ever since I updated to 13.3 last night, Siri is a big pain. She scrolls and clicks through every screen and lists all the sections on the screen, no matter if I am trying to text, call, or on my home screen. After rebooting several times and finally calling Apple support (I do have Genius Bar appointment but) I don't think I can go much longer with her talking and clicking and talking every second my phone is in my hand. I cannot even take a call without the clicking between screen sections. HELP!
