iPhone 7 black spot on screen spreading

Hiya I recently dropped my iPhone 7, it cracked slightly but has been dropped a few times before. I noticed about an hour after dropping it that a long black spot has appeared at the edge of my screen and it’s spreading slightly. Is there any way this can be fixed ?
