My Emoji keyboard has disappeared

My Emoji keyboard has vanished on my iPad. It is running the latest iOS. I got up this morning and it was no longer there. I deleted it from the keyboards list, as someone suggested, rebooted my iPad, added it back in, and still no Emoji keyboard.

I do have a keyboard that isn’t an Apple keyboard, it’s just a keyboard with dogs. This has never been an issue, so I do not think it’s this keyboard causing issues.

I’m stymied.
