I bought 5 $100 gift cards. I was actually being hacked. Once I realized what had happened I set up an account and redeemed them myself before the hacker could. How do I get my money back? We are elderly and have no interest in music or games.
If these were purchased from Apple they can not issue a refund.
What store were they purchased? Have you contacted the seller?
How were they purchased? Cash/Credit? Have you contacted your financial institution?
How were they hacked? Have you contacted law enforcement?
