logi circle 2 camera

I have a logi circle 2 camera set on home kit. However the camera shows as not responding while on the company app it is on. Also can the video be stored on my iCloud?

I've found a solution, at least it works for me.

Remove the camera from the HomeApp.

After that you need to add the camera again but doing some steps before.

To do that you need to reset the camera by pressing the reset button until it blinks magenta and green (not yellow) press about 9 secs and you hear a beep.

Then go to HomeApp and press add a new item, the camera should appear in close items - you need the HomeKit code, next is how to get it.

You can found here how to see the HomeKit code of the camera (in the middle of the linked page): It's easy and don't be afraid the white cap of the camera is rubber and can be easily removed.

After inserting the code in the HomeApp the camera should be added again and working after a few seconds. It worked for me at least :)
