Losing Internet connectivity - iPad Pro 12.9

I keep getting a message that Safari can’t connect to a site because Internet connectivity has been lost. When I check my settings, everything looks OK but I can’t get on the Internet. I’ve done a chat with Apple Support and they told me to do a hard reset. I’ve done that multiple times and things work OK for awhile but then the connectivity issue happens again. What to do??

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
