How do I reset my screen time passcode?

i don’t remember my screen time passcode that i setup for the family sharing on my sons phone. I made the incorrect settings on the restrictions and need to change them but cannot see how to reset the passcode through my phone

Do this If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
