Lost WiFi connection when updating my phone. Now it says the new update is downloaded but the old IOS is showing when I go into about phone. What should I do?
How do I get the new software to download?

Go to Settings/general/Software Update. If it doesn’t have a link to Install go to Settings/General/iPhone Storage, find the downloaded file and delete it. Then go back to Settings/General/Software Update and you should be able to update.
