Black screen

My Apple TV 4K only displays a black screen with the HDR logo in the upper right hand corner... How do I fix it?

My tv shows it is connected to apple tv but the screen is black I am plugged into the hdmi on the tv and i can see that the tv recognizes Apple TV bit there is no image, just a black screen. What is the problem? This is the latest Apple TV 2023.
