Can't change my security quesitons - you say you don't have enough information to let me change my security questions but you allow me to purchase, add/delete payment methods but not security questions? You value questions more important than money?
I tried to contact apple support and it ONLY sends me to their forgot page to reset the security passwords.
When I didn't know their answers (I don't remember setting those questions) they sent me back to apple support page.
There seems to be no page for when they say "We don't have enough information to reset your security questions".
This is infuriating. They say they are doing this in the name of security.
So, this tells me that they value "security questions" over making payments, adding/removing payment methods. Because I can sure make payments and add/remove payment methods.
This makes no sense.
They make it difficult to contact apple support.
