Is there away to delete extras or duplicate photos and save space on the iPhone
I’m wanting to find a way to delete duplicate photos from my iPhone 7plus with iOS 13.2.3

If you are seeing same photos under different albums, then they are not duplicates. They are the same phots being displayed under different albums.
