Mystery Alarm

I have an iPhone 11 Pro running the latest iOS. Since the day I bought the phone, there has been an alarm that goes off every day at 6:30am. It’s not a sound alarm, but just does a brief vibration and a banner appears on the lock screen indicating it is a Clock app alarm. It doesn’t give the option to snooze or turn of like any other Clock alarm, and it doesn’t repeat or even need to be turned off. It does the one vibration and shows the banner alert.

There is no alarm set for 6:30 in the Clock app. Bedtime in the clock app is not set for 6:30 bedtime or wake up. I’ve tried setting a 6:30 alarm and deleting it, but this one continues to be there. I don’t have a repeating alert in my calendar or any other apps, and I didn’t have this issue on my previous phone, a backup of which I used to set up this 11 when I got it. It’s more of an annoyance since I’m usually awake by 6:30 anyway, but I’d like to track down it’s source and turn it off.

Thanks for your help.
