How to return money from iTunes transaction

Yesterday and today I had received notification,that iTunes had withdrawn around 8000tenge from my bank account Nazar , the problem is that for last few years I m using android operating system,and have no idea why iTunes grabbing my money. Kindly asking you to contact me via
