Recover Wallet Passcode
I am trying to get into my Apple Card to see the numbers for purchasing online. I can’t rememberer my passcode in Wallet and actually don’t remember setting one up.

I understand from your post that you want to view card information in the Wallet app but you're not able to remember the passcode you use for it.
The passcode that you use for the Wallet app is the same as your iPhone passcode that you can use to unlock your iPhone in addition to using Touch ID or Face ID.
If you have forgotten your passcode, you need to follow the steps in this article:
If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
