Hello everyone
I have issues to install the latest update to my MacBook
Every time I try to install the latest update MacOS will show the error: ERROR_7E7AEE96CA and it will skip the update process.
According to the community it was a known issue with MacMojave.
Do you have any suggestions how to deal with this issue under Catalina ? Is there any kind of "combo-update" for macOS 10.15.2 ?

Are you sure you are on Catalina 10.15.1, click on the Apple top left of your screen and click on About This Mac.
The Combo should install fine as long as you are running either Catalina version 10.15.1 or 10.15.0.
If you are definitely on 10.15.1 then you could also try the 'delta' update from here, https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2025?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US once downloaded double-click to install.
If you are still having problems try installing either the delta or combo in Safe Mode,

I have already installed 10.15.1. and wanted to update to 10.15.2.
The Combo Update shows an error that the version 10.15. is needed and in the settings is told that I have already installed 10.15.1.
so i am a little bit confused why this combo update does not work for me
I tried to stop installing catalina and ended up the screen shown. In addition, the mouse is frozen "restart" does not work. I've turned off the computer, unplugged it, turned it back on and end up with the same scenario. What next?

The problem is that I already have the 10.15.1. version and the Combo Update will stopp the update progress because it requires 10.15.0 :-(

that is just for the restarting to finish the update!
This will reset to the version 10.15.1. -> the update will not be finished
Are you trying to install macOS Catalina or do you have it installed and are trying to update it.
If you have Catalina already installed and are trying to update it then the Combo linked to by Old Toad.
The combo update updates any previous version of macOS Catalina to 10.15.2.
