I need to have sounds turned off on my iPhone when I have my hearing aids in. This was fine and working before I updated to iOS 13.3. Not only do I hear the sound in my aids, I also hear them on my phone. What steps do I take to just hear the sounds on hearing aids only.

I no longer hear sound for notification in my hearing aids but works when some one rings me? All was perfect before the 13:3 update. I have been on to Apple they say they are aware of the problem and they suppose to be getting another update to fix this problem with hearing aids?
I too no longer hear the system sounds ( Notifications, etc) since the upgrade to 13.3 . It was nice to hear text notifications and reminders, etc. through my hearing aids. I have tried with the call routing feature set to hearing aids too, it just doesnt work. I can still hear media, such as a video but no other system sounds. I can also hear and get phone calls. I hope apple fixes this.

I have the same issue. Ringtones come in through my hearing aids but text tones and other notifications do not.
