configuration cannot be downloaded from Norwalk-la mirada unifsch dist

how do i fix my old IPAD 2. i factory reset it then when starting to set up there is configuration with Norwalk-la MIrada Unifsch Dist that i cannot proceed. I'm stuck....


shows "the configuration for your iPad could not be downloaded from Norwalk-la Mirada Unifsch Dist."


"the request timed out"


anyone can help please??

Sounds like your ipad was owned by a corporation who has installed management software on it.

If you are an employee of the corporation, contact IT for help.

If you are not an employee of the corporation, you possibly have a stolen device.

Okay, while setting up, after i chose my wifi network and click next it shows another configuration telling "Norwalk-la Mirada Unifsch Dist will automatically configure your iPad" and when i click next configuration will not be finish and says


"the configuration for your iPad could not be downloaded from Norwalk-la Mirada Unifsch Dist"


" The request timed out"

an administrator can help you set up email and network accounts, install and configure apps, and manage setting remotely.


and administrator may disable features, install and remove apps, monitor and restrict your internet traffic and remotely erase this iPad.
