My aunt owns an iPhone 4, and is telling me that she recently received a message that her phone will stop working very soon, I believe after the new year, 2020. Is this true. I know I have to upgrade her phone, I have a 10 Xs max that I am going to give to her, she’s 90 btw, and am not sure how i can move everything from the 4 to the 10 Xs. Also need to move phone number over too.

My question is 2 of them, first being is the iPhone 4 going to stop working? And the second is how do I get all the info off an old iPhone 4 and put it on a new device. Unfortunately there is no more a way to call tech support or anything like that to ask these questions.
