Lost my year subscription

I got a new Apple tv 4k so i was given a year subscription to Apple tv+, i press by accident into a month subscription and it replaced my first year one.

Free year Apple TV + gone Hi, I hope I posted this in the right category. In may this year I bought the latest Apple TV and got a free year of Apple TV +. In October this year I bought an apple one family subscription. I thought I would be credited for the remaining months of free Apple TV + I had left. Unfortunately I didn’t get anything back and have to pay the normal fee of 19.99 a month. I called customer service today and she said this is how it works. I remember I read only a few postings of people who got money back for the remaining months of free Apple TV +. Anyone here knows if I should call them again or what is could do?

Apple TV plus 1 year subscription free So recently I took my MacBook Air in for repair and ended up resetting the whole system and so instead of setting it up with a back up I just set it up as a new MacBook Air. Now Apple TV plus is offering me a year free subscription and I’m hesitant to take it because technically I don’t really qualify based on what I’ve read. Should I ignore it? If I take it will I be penalized at any point? I’m just so thrown off by this. I did not buy a new device. This was a device I bought years ago. I have not bought a qualifying device since September. I just simply took in my old device for repair.

Apple TV 1 year subscription I bought a iPad around October this year and got the free year of apple tv but a couple days ago I accidentally unsubscribed trying to do something else is there any way i can get that year back instead of paying? I had a lot of time left with it.
