Apple Subscriptions Questions!

Hi,


Apple just charged me £9.99 for Apple Music, for an account I don't have access to? I just put the account in account recovery, will the subscription remain active?


I don't like the idea that £9.99 will be taken off me every month, for a service I don't use, with an iTunes account I don't have access too, a bit of a nuisance to see.

contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
