iPhone 11 side volume buttons not working. I now have no sound on videos, etc.
iPhone 11 volume buttons on side not working. No sound on videos either. Have reset several times. Help!!

I see you are having problems adjusting the volume on an iPhone 11. If you go to the Control Center, can you adjust the volume there without using the buttons?

If you adjust the volume from Control Center and still do not hear sound, try the tips here.
