Unstoppable Rebooting IOS13.3
Hi,
My mom just updated her iphone (SE) into IOS 13.3.
Then, the iphone seems to be restart over and over again and we cannot do anything.
I am wondering how can we fix that problem, anyone know?
Thanks

Well, if it is a software glitch, generally a forced restart of the device solves the issue.
Shouldn't be this case, it might be also a hardware (digitizer?) problem. But we can't diagnose those things remotely. That's why I suggested an inspection.
Or, it could be also a "wrong" iOS update (I mean that something could have gone wrong during the update process). In such a situation, you can try to install a fresh copy of IOS, creating a full backup of the iPhone, restoring it to factory settings, and, in the end, setting it up as new.
These are the steps for that procedure:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
When done, restore data from your previously made backup.
BUT, the problem is that if it doesn't stop restarting by itself, you won't be able to perform ALL the steps suggested.
Regards and best of luck

Try a forced restart of that iPhone:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If you get no improvements, have that device inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.

Thank for your kindly advise, Giulio.
However, I did that twice and the problem did not solve, still rebooting for a couple of hours.
Yeah, will talk to the store tomorrow.
By the way, does anyone facing the same problem as mine and how you guys solved it...
Well, that is the big big point, still restarting again and again.
Anyway, wish me lucky enough to do something with the iphone before it gone, at least back up...
Many thanks,
Gus
My pleasure, Gus.
All the best,
Giulio
